Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled before they enter dispatch preparation.
Before dispatch
Contact the team with your order number as soon as possible. If packing or dispatch has not started, we will cancel the order and initiate any applicable refund.
After dispatch
Orders already handed to the carrier cannot normally be cancelled. If delivery is refused, applicable outward and return delivery costs may be deducted from the refund.
